Careers in human rights litigation

Convene events are organised for members of the LSE community.

Nath is an immigration solicitor at Leigh Day Solicitors, and a Visiting Fellow in Practice at LSE. Nath’s practice covers a wide range of immigration, asylum and nationality law, with particular emphasis on human rights applications.

Nath previously volunteered for Queen Mary Legal Advice Centre and Rainbow Migration, and served as a board member of the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI). Nath also writes regularly for the reputable Free Movement blog, including case law updates, briefings and training courses.

Nath is an active member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA). She co-founded the ILPA Well-being Working Group in 2018, and is now a co-convenor of the ILPA Family and Personal Migration Working Group.

She regularly delivers ILPA trainings to fellow immigration practitioners. Foreign Secretary.
