AI Masterclass: Law students, Lawyers, Judges in the machine age
12 March @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
We’re delighted to welcome Sir Geoffrey Vos, Master of the Rolls, to speak about how artificial intelligence is changing the legal profession, and what that means for all of us.
Sir Geoffrey has been at the forefront of modernising the courts and thinking seriously about technology’s role in justice. He’ll talk about the practical realities: what’s actually happening with AI in legal practice, how judges are approaching these tools, and what law students and lawyers need to be thinking about as they build their careers.
These aren’t abstract questions: AI is being used for legal research, document review, and increasingly sophisticated analysis. Courts are grappling with how to integrate technology while preserving the fundamentals of fair trials and human judgment. If you’re training to be a lawyer, you need to understand this landscape, and no one knows more about how the legal system in England & Wales is rising to this challenge than Sir Geoffrey Vos.
This is a rare chance to hear from someone who’s both shaping policy at the highest level and thinking carefully about what these changes mean for the profession.
Register now to reserve your place.
This series of seminars and panel discussions invites students and faculty to explore how the AI-driven transformation of legal services will affect how lawyers work, which skills they need, and what the workplace of the future might look like.
