Beyond Institutional Continuity: Legal and Policy Reframing of the CMU in light of MiFID and EU Financial Regulations

Dr Tomoyuki Hashimoto is visiting LSE Law School as a CIVICA Visiting Scholar from the Warsaw School of Economics. Tom will present his research on EU Financial Regulation, focusing on forms of institutional continuity, policy demands and legal frameworks in the Capital Markets Union. Tom is looking forward to exchange with scholars and students interested in these questions.
