Book Launch: Trans-Atlantic Dialogues on Flexibility and Tailoring of Injunctions in Patent Law

On the 2nd of February at 4.45pm, Dr Martin Husovec (LSE) and Prof. Jorge Contreras (University of Utah & visiting professor at LSE), will launch their edited collection on injunctions in patent law published by Cambridge University Press in 2022. It includes 10 national chapters (covering European countries, Israel, Canada and the United States) and two chapters on supranational legal systems (TRIPS and EU law) authored by leading scholars, and a rich comparative synthesis written by editors. The event will take place on the 8th floor of the New Academic Building (54 Lincoln’s Inn Fields) and will be followed by a reception.
After brief introductory remarks by editors, two leading practitioners and one leading academic will offer their commentary on the book’s contribution (Daniel Alexander KC (8 New Square), Gabriella Bornstein (Kirkland & Ellis International LLP), Siva Thambisetty (LSE)), followed by concluding remarks by Sir Richard Arnold, judge of the Court of Appeals, who also authored part of the book.
