Corporate Governance is an increasingly hot topic in company law. In this session Steph will explain what corporate governance is, look at the key sources of it and take you through the contents of the UK Corporate Governance Code and how its principles and provisions work in practice. The masterclass will be of interest to anybody considering a career as a lawyer in a commercial practice, a large company, or a regulator, whether based in the UK or elsewhere.
