Jessica Simor KC on Human Rights in Tax Law

On 20 November at 6pm in the Alumni Theatre, Jessica Simor KC is a leading specialist in public/regulatory, EU and human rights law and regularly appears as an advocate in tax disputes, with a public law element, such as Rowe v HMRC [2015] EWHC 2293 (Admin) and [2017] EWCA Civ 2105 involving accelerated payment notices, A1P1 and article 6. She is a visiting professor at LSE.
