LSE Law Film Festival
October 12, 2024 @ 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
We have a wonderful day of cinema planned on Saturday 12 October, and it’s all completely free (indeed we’ll even be giving away raffle prizes at each of our documentary film screenings)!
We are screening 10 films in total. Many are cutting-edge documentaries. We have a premiere (a film 16 years in the making, with the director in attendance). We have two avant premieres (one of these is already sold out at the BFI London Film Festival – so you can only see it with us)! We have cinema classics. We even have an Irish “little gem” (we’ll have the director participating for that one as well – he was once a lawyer, but saw the light 😉).
All our films are interactive opportunities. We’ll have directors, producers, experts and thoughtful commentators to lead post-film discussions. The festival website includes all sorts of information to allow you the fullest opportunity to select the films you want to see, and also to expand your horizons as a result of attending our festival.
Take a look through the programme and see what piques your curiosity. Make a plan, grab some friends and come along. You can make a day of it or go to just one film. We are not charging admission (thanks to our generous donors), so make the most of it!
Venue: Marshall Building, Rooms MAR.2.04, MAR.2.05 & MAR.2.06
