    This event celebrates the 80th birthday and distinguished legal career of Lord Robert Carnwath of Notting Hill, CVO, retired Justice of the UK Supreme Court. During his tenure at the Supreme Court, Lord Carnwath gave many leading judgments, particularly on issues relating to planning and the environment, property, rating, local government and administrative law.
