Convene events are organised for members of the LSE community.
There are few areas of public life where a reappraisal from a colonial perspective is more needed than in the field of criminal justice. Where are the marks of our colonial past on today’s criminal justice system? What pain has colonialism caused in the field? What hurt and distress does it still cause today, both domestically and around the world? What can be done to decolonise criminal justice?
