Dr Eduardo Baistrocchi, an Associate Professor of International Tax Law at LSE Law School, will be presenting his paper titled “Tax Treaty Disputes: The Global Four-Element Pattern (1960-2015)” at the upcoming LSE Taxation Seminars on October 25 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
Professor Yariv Brauner, who holds the Hugh Culverhouse Eminent Scholar Chair in Taxation at the University of Florida College of Law, will be joining Dr Baistrocchi as a discussant.
