Dr Michal Agmon-Gonnen will speak about her research on the role of fiduciary duties in relation to ESG concerns and board diversity in both companies and fund managers. Dr Agmon-Gonnen is an affiliate Professor at Tel Aviv University, The Buchman Faculty of Law. This year she joined the LSE as a Visiting Professor in Practice at the LSE Law School. She is a presiding Judge in the Israeli Federal District Court (Commercial Division).
