Join us for the inaugural lecture of LSE President and Vice Chancellor of LSE Larry Kramer in which he will talk about his vision for LSE, the role of the social sciences in a changing world and our place in the 21st Century.
Meet our Speaker
Larry Kramer has been President and Vice Chancellor of LSE since April 2024. A constitutional scholar, university administrator, and philanthropic leader, he was previously the President of the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and the Dean of Stanford Law School.
Meet our Chair
Eric Neumayer is the School’s Deputy President and Vice Chancellor as well as Vice President and Pro-Vice Chancellor (Planning and Resources). Prior to this he held the positions of Head of the Department of Geography & Environment, Vice-Chair of the Appointments Committee and in September 2016 he became LSE’s inaugural Vice President and Pro-Vice Chancellor Faculty Development. He is also Professor of Environment and Development in the Department of Geography and Environment.
